Threats alleged: Nathan D. Fosbaugh, 29, of 507 Ketchum Drive, was charged by borough police with terroristic threats following a domestic disturbance at his residence Saturday morning. According to the criminal complaint, Fosbaugh allegedly argued with his girlfriend before telling her, “I should just get my gun and shoot you in the face.” Police said they noticed holes in a wall that appeared to have been punched. They also recovered two pistols from the residence.

Theft: A resident in the 100 block of Pine Avenue reported to township police March 6 that someone stole about $500 worth of tools from his garages.
MARIANNA
Assault alleged: John Frank Washlack, 46, of 533 Fourth St., was charged by state police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance Monday morning at his residence. Police said Washlack was angry the alleged victim was leaving for work about 8:45 a.m. He allegedly threw her into a wall and a door, breaking both the door and the drywall, according to the criminal complaint. He also allegedly threw a wooden coffee table on top of her, the complaint said. Police said the woman had bruises on her arm and a scratch on her wrist. She allegedly told police Washlack has been abusing her for more than a year. Washlack was arraigned Monday morning by District Judge Robert Redlinger and jailed on a $10,000 percentage bond.

Drug charge: Jordan Weygandt, 33, of 804 Wood St., Richeyville, is charged by city police with possessing a small amount of crack and drug paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop about 5:30 p.m. March 14 at Reed Avenue and McKee Way, court records show. A senior district judge issued the charges Monday in a summons.
Heroin arrest: Maria Renee Molesky, 42, of 319 Market St., Belle Vernon, is charged by city police with possessing five stamp bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop about 4:30 p.m. March 13 at Pennsylvania Boulevard and State Road, court records show.
ROSTRAVER
Assault alleged: Phi Truong, 22, of 574 Beazell Road, Rostraver Township, is charged by Rostraver police with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse Truong of striking Alexia Weaver in the face and pushing her into a wall about 6:25 p.m. Friday in a residence in the 400 block of Todd Manor Drive. He is free on $5,000 unsecured bond set by District Judge Roger F. Eckels.
Fraud alleged: Jonathan Albert Metz, 33, of Pittsburgh, is charged by township police with home improvement fraud and deceptive business practices over allegations he accepted $800 from a resident of the 2000 block of Route 906 for masonry work in April without performing the job, court records show. A senior district judge in Monessen signed a warrant Monday for Metz’s arrest.
