CANTON

Endangerment charges: Kayla Lynn Camp, 27, of 122 Smithfield St., Canonsburg, was charged with endangering the welfare of children, driving under the influence, false identification to law enforcement and traffic violations by state police Tuesday. According to the criminal complaint, police pulled Camp over about 12:45 a.m. July 22, 2018, while she was traveling east on West Wylie Avenue. Police said there was a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Camp allegedly told police her name was Jaleasha Rae Gatling and gave a false date of birth. Her 4-year-old daughter was in the backseat without an “appropriately fitting” booster seat or car seat, according to the complaint.

CHARTIERS

Endangering welfare: Kaley Elise Congie, 26, of 336 N. Main St., was charged with endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person and driving under the influence by township police Tuesday. According to police, Congie was involved in a three-vehicle accident about 8:30 p.m. March 11 at 334 N. Main St. in which one vehicle rolled over. Police said a small child was in the back seat of her vehicle, and that lab results showed she had a blood-alcohol content of 0.321 percent.

Theft charges: Michael Anthony Randolph, 24, and Emily Elizabeth Pustovrh, 27, both of Triadelphia, W.Va., were charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by township police Tuesday. According to police, the pair stole $100 worth of scrap metal, a 20-ton shop press and lawn mower from a residence at 109 Pine Ave. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. June 11 before District Judge David Mark.

MONESSEN

Assault alleged: Clintell D. Gillaspie, 22, of Reed Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with burglary, trespassing, simple assault and harassment, court records show. Police accuse him of breaking into the Park Manor Boulevard residence of his ex-girlfriend, Kenadi Savol, on April 24, and punching her in the face and spitting on her the following morning. A senior district judge issued the charges Tuesday in a summons.

NORTH BELLE VERNON

Harassment alleged: Kristofer Cerniga, 32, of North Belle Vernon, is charged by borough police with simple assault and harassment over allegations he made a number of threats against Aaron Stoneking about 11:15 p.m. April 9 at a convenience store at 3 Fayette St. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges Tuesday in a summons.

WASHINGTON

Burglary: City police are investigating a burglary that occurred between April 20 and April 30 at a personal care home at 1061 Beech St. According to police, an unknown person stole copper pipes from the building.
