Drug arrest: Cameron Bell, 28, of Pittsburgh, is charged by city police with drug possession with intent to deliver, drug possession, marijuana possession and possessing drug paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop about 8:45 p.m. April 27 at Schoonmaker and Second avenues, court records show. Police accuse Bell of having two vials of THC concentrate, two bags of marijuana and two bags of THC concentrate. He is free on $50,000 unsecured bond set Friday.
Pair charged: Dustin Brooks, 26, and Kristine Marie Hutchins, 21, both of 516 Second St., Monessen, are charged by city police with simple assault stemming from allegations of domestic violence about 8:15 a.m. Thursday, court records show. Brooks also faces charges of strangulation and harassment relating to a fight with Hutchins. He is free on $10,000 unsecured bond. Hutchins’ bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.
Traffic stop leads to charges: Mark Thomas Fry, 42, of Greensburg, is charged with possessing three stamp bags of heroin after being found unresponsive in his vehicle parked about 6 p.m. April 25 in the 1700 block of Grand Boulevard, court records show. Fry also is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. A senior district judge issued the charges Tuesday in a summons.

Assault charge: State police charged Isaiah E. Calloway, 27, of Canton Township with simple assault and harassment on Friday. Troopers were called to a fight at a Pittsburgh Road residence in which Calloway and his girlfriend’s son allegedly hit each other several times. Calloway was being held in Washington County jail following his arraignment before District Judge David Mark, who set bail at $2,500.
