CANTON

Assault alleged: Stacy Lynn Macyda, 25, of 24 Dutch Glory Road, Amwell, was charged with aggravated assault, driving under the influence, simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness by state police Sunday. According to the criminal complaint, Macyda was arrested for DUI about 2:30 a.m. at 1007 Green St., Canton Township. Police said Macyda was transported for a blood draw at Washington Hospital, where she allegedly slapped Trooper Samuel Apke in the face. She subsequently refused a blood draw, police said. Macyda was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and released from Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

MONESSEN

Assault alleged: Clarence S. Pettyjohn, 46, of 1101 Leeds Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with simple assault and disorderly conduct over allegations he struck Sean Allen Gaboza in the face in a bar below Pettyjohn’s apartment about 11:20 p.m. April 30, court records show. A senior district judge issued the charges Monday in a summons.

Men jailed: Aquay Omar Mitchell, 19, of 643 Reed Ave., and Marcus Lee Bonner, 39, of 642 Reed Ave., both of Monessen, are charged by city police with reckless endangerment, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, court records show. They are charged in connection with a disturbance involving knives about 4 p.m. Friday at Sixth Street and Reed Avenue. Both suspects were lodged in Westmoreland County jail.

Jailed on drug charges: Cody Allen Stoffer, 28, of 120 McKean Ave., Donora, is charged by city police with drug possession with intent to deliver, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse Stoffer of having four bags of marijuana when an officer approached him about 3 p.m. Saturday at Schoonmaker Avenue and Parente Boulevard. Stoffer was placed in Westmoreland County jail on $10,000 bond.

ROSTRAVER

Thefts alleged: Zachary Tyler Williams, 29, Brandon Joseph Williams, 21, and Justin David Williams, 19, all of 107 Walnut Lane, West Newton, are charged by township police with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property, court records show. Police accuse them of using company-issued credit cards from Bigs Trucking, 4859 Route 51, to make numerous purchases of gasoline for their personal vehicles under cases that were reported April 16. The purchases amounted to $1,280. Police filed the charges Friday before District Judge Charles Christner.
