Man charged: Jordan Helmantoler, 24, of 508 Forest St., Monessen, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with possessing cannabis oil, THC strips and a small amount of marijuana, as well as disorderly conduct, stemming from a traffic stop about 1:30 a.m. May 11 in the 500 block of Fallowfield Avenue, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges Thursday in a summons.
FALLOWFIELD
Assault alleged: Kathleen Marie Kish, 55, of 29 Hickory Drive, Fallowfield Township, is charged by state police with simple assault and harassment over allegations she struck Timothy David Kish in the face and arms about 6:30 a.m. Friday in her residence, court records show. She was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.
Theft alleged: Michelle Lynn Stahl, 45, of 250 Donnan Ave., Washington, is charged by state police with theft over allegations she rented a vehicle from Enterprise, 17 Route 88, and failed to return it at its scheduled time, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins released Stahl Friday on unsecured bond.
STOCKDALE
Man jailed: Michael Patrick Nervina, 35, of Belle Vernon, is charged by Roscoe, Elco, Stockdale and Allenport Regional police with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse Nervina of breaking a rear window to enter a mobile home at 12 Spisak Lane and stealing $500 from Stephen Spisak about 10:30 a.m. May 11. He was placed in Washington County jail on a state parole detainer following his arraignment Thursday before District Judge Joshua Kanalis.
