CARROLL

Man jailed: Samuel Allen Terrant, 52, of East Main Street, Monongahela, is charged by township police with making terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse Terrant of kicking in a door in the 1900 block of Route 2023 about 9 a.m. Monday and assaulting and threatening to kill a woman. He is in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond set Wednesday by District Judge Mark Wilson.

DONORA

Drug charge: Leroy Youngblood, 73, of 999 Thompson Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with possessing a small amount of crack stemming from a traffic stop about 2:10 a.m. Nov. 4 in the 400 block of Thompson Avenue, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charge Tuesday in a summons.

Man charged: Carmen M. Namie Jr., 32, of 1248 Broad Ave., Rostraver Township, is charged by borough police with resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse Namie of struggling with officers upon being taken into custody at a disturbance about 7:30 p.m. Nov. 3 in the 400 block of Murray Avenue. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Friday in a summons.

MONONGAHELA

Theft alleged: Timothy Joseph Costello, 59, of 122 Valleyview Drive, Union Township, is charged by city police with theft over allegations he stole a welder valued at $600 about noon Nov. 1 from a shed at Monongahela Mariners Boat Club on Fourth Street, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Tuesday in a summons.

MONESSEN

Endangerment alleged: Lashae Corbett, 25, of 501 Park Manor Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse Corbett of threatening a man with a knife while holding a child in her arms about 11 a.m. Oct. 31 at her residence. A senior district judge issued the charges Wednesday in a summons.

Theft alleged: Patrick J. Duda, 32, of Donora, is charged by the state attorney general’s office with felony counts of falsifying an insurance claim and attempted theft, court records show. Duda is accused of creating a false date of vandalism to qualify for more than $2,000 worth of repairs to his vehicle from GEICO when he lived in Monessen in June. He is free on $10,000 bond after being arraigned in the case Friday.

PETERS

Assault alleged: Joshua David Harvey, 37, of Center Church Road, Peters Township, was charged with simple assault and terroristic threats by township police Saturday. According to the criminal complaint, Harvey threatened a woman and grabbed her torso early Sunday morning at his residence. Harvey was released after posting a portion of his $10,000 bond, set by District Judge Robert Redlinger.

WEST PIKE RUN

Vehicle thefts: Charles Raymond Fetsko, 37, of 97 Main St., West Pike Run Township, was charged with nine counts of receiving stolen property by state police Tuesday. According to the criminal complaint, police went to Fetsko’s residence on Aug. 16 to question him about recent vehicle thefts. Fetsko allegedly admitted to 100 thefts from vehicles. Fetsko is currently being held in the Washington County jail on detainers from Westmoreland and Fayette counties.
