Overturned car: State police responded to reports of an overturned vehicle about 10 p.m. Monday on Bluff Ridge Road in Wayne Township. According to police, Kenneth Kutcher, 21, of Waynesburg, was driving east when he swerved his vehicle right and struck an embankment. Kutcher may have suffered a minor injury but was not transported to the hospital. He was cited for not driving on the right side of the road.
