Single-lane restriction for I-79 in North Strabane coming this week

A single-lane restriction will be in place for the north and southbound lanes of Interstate 79 beginning near Exit 40 (Meadow Lands) and Exit 43 (Houston/Eighty Four) from 8 p.m. Wednesday until 6 a.m. Thursday.

The restriction will be in place to allow a utility contractor to pull lines across Interstate 79, according to the state Department of Transportation.
