2,000 Turkeys working toward annual fundraising goal
Thanksgiving Day is less than five weeks away.
And the 2,000 Turkeys campaign is well on its way to providing Thanksgiving dinner for families in need across Washington County.
So far, the campaign has raised more than $14,000, which Greater Washington County Food Bank will use to provide a turkey and fixings for families who meet qualifications established by the food bank.
Your contribution helps the food bank eliminate one more worry for families about how they will fill their own holiday tables.
2,000 Turkeys is getting closer to its annual goal of raising $100,000 for the food bank. The annual campaign is the largest fundraiser for GWCFB.
We are thankful for your efforts to help spread the joy of the season through the simple act of giving.
It’s the contributions of individuals, businesses, groups and organizations that make 2000 Turkeys a success.
