Charges filed: State police said an unnamed man allegedly fled from a traffic stop near Murtland Avenue and Oak Spring Road shortly after 11 p.m. Sunday. The man allegedly drove away in the Chevrolet Impala but stopped the car at Murtland and Oak Street, got out and fled on foot from police, who weren’t able to catch him.
