Assault alleged: James Edward Lucy III, 19, of 301 Water St., Belle Vernon, is charged by city police with aggravated assault, simple assault, flight, harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse Lucy of kicking, pushing and striking a girl in the head with a glass bottle about 3:30 a.m. Saturday at a residence in the 1100 block of Park Manor Road. District Judge Wayne Vlasic signed a warrant Thursday for Lucy’s arrest.
