WASHINGTON

Man jailed: Wilco Lee McClain, 26, of 114 Charles St., Washington, is charged by city police with illegal possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license stemming from a disturbance about 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Lower East Prospect Avenue, court records show. He is in Washington County jail on $30,000 bond set by District Judge Ethan Ward.
