Thoms Run Road reopens to traffic

Thoms Run Road in Collier Township, which has been closed since Tuesday afternoon when a waterline ruptured and sent a geyser of water into the air, reopened to traffic Thursday night, Collier police said.

One lane will be closed Friday as crews repair the guardrail, police said.
