Theft alleged: Michael Rozanc, 35, of Houston, will face trial in Washington County Court on a dozen felony counts involving the theft of a banking card from a dead woman in April 2018, District Judge James Saieva Jr. ruled Tuesday. Rozanc is accused of using the stolen card that belonged to Alllison Lambdin of Canton Township to make $7,858 in purchases, state police said. He is free on $15,000 bond.
