Voter registration and assistance with applications for mail-in ballots will be offered from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays through Oct. 19 at the Friendship Baptist Church annex, 17 E. Walnut St., Washington.

This is a nonpartisan service being offered with no political affiliation.
