Monessen will host a cleanup day Saturday along with a recycling drop-off event.

Volunteers are asked to meet at 8 a.m. at Ninth Street Park for supplies and instructions.

Old TVs and computers can be dropped off between 8 a.m. and noon at the city garage on Parente Boulevard. Items for collection also include refrigerators, mice, keyboards, tablets, printers, fluorescent tubes and air-conditioners.
