Couple charged: Mark Fox, 39, and his wife, Theresa Marie Fox, 43, both of 944 Old National Pike, Centerville, are each charged by borough police with simple assault and harassment stemming from a fight at their residence about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, court records show. Mark Fox also is charged with a felony count of strangulation. He is free on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Joshua Kanalis. She is free on $10,000 bond.
