$1 million Mega Millions ticket sold in Belle Vernon

A winning $1 million Mega Millions ticket was sold at the Shop ‘n Save, 600 Willowbrook Plaza, in Belle Vernon.

The ticket matched all five white balls drawn, 8-19-53-61-69, but not the yellow Mega Ball 19, in the Friday drawing. In Pennsylvania, winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. Mega Millions winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

For selling the winning ticket, the store receives a $5,000 bonus.
