DO NOT USE TIL CHARGES FILED State police issued a report Tuesday stating that they will investigate a domestic incident that led to four children being removed from a Bentleyville home in May.
According to the report, police were dispatched to the 300 block of Beallsville Road shortly before 11 p.m. May 20.
Michael Vallor’s girlfriend told police that he pointed a shotgun in her face and threw her to the ground.
Police found drugs and related paraphernalia in plain view at the residence and contacted Children and Youth Services. The children, who range in age from 2 to 8, were removed from the home the following day.
Court records indicate that Vallor, 31, of Bentleyville has not been charged in connection to this incident. However, he was charged in a separate case earlier this month involving the same victim.
According to the criminal complaint, around midnight July 9 Vallor went to the Beallsville Road residence and stole a vehicle and $300 cash.
Vallor was arraigned on felony charges of theft by unlawful taking, burglary and criminal trespass before District Judge Curtis Thompson July 14. Thompson sent Vallor to the Washington County jail without bond.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Aug. 9.
