Theft: Michael Vallor, 26, of Bentleyville, is charged by Centerville police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the criminal complaint, police were called to the 100 block of Armour Street at about 9:15 a.m. after Vallor allegedly stole his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle and firearm. District Judge Mark Wilson sent Vallor to the Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.
