Holiday wreaths line South Main Street in Washington, which is slowly transforming into a winter wonderland ahead of Light Up Night this Saturday, Nov. 25, and the annual Holiday Market and Christmas parade on Friday, Dec. 1. Wreaths hung from the light poles with care throughout downtown Washington by the end of Monday.
