DUNKARD
Assault alleged: Anthony Jacob Sanders, 36, of Dunkard Township, is charged by state police with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. According to the criminal complaint, police were called to Sanders’ home in the 200 block of Titus Street about 9:30 p.m. Thursday. According to the criminal complaint, Sanders hit a woman in the head and face, and held a knife to her back. Sanders fled but was arrested shortly before 1 a.m. Friday. He was arraigned before District Judge Lee Watson, who sent him to the Greene County jail without bond. Per court records, bond was denied for the safety of the woman.
HANOVER
Resisting arrest: Dillon Jacob Erdley II, 22, of Kittanning, is charged by Hanover Township police with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and resisting arrest. According to the criminal complaint, police were called to remove Erdley from The Pavilion at Star Lake shortly after 6:30 p.m. Friday. Erdley is accused of threatening the life of the arresting officer, and attempting to head butt and kick her. He was arraigned Saturday morning before District Judge James Saieva, who sent him to the Washington County jail on $75,000 bond.
NORTH STRABANE
Child endangerment: Kyle Andrew Smith, 36, of North Strabane Township, is charged by North Strabane police with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and terroristic threats. According to the criminal complaint, Smith’s wife called police at about 5:20 p.m. Sunday to report he had assaulted her during an argument. Police said she was holding their 2-year-old son when Smith pushed her into a wall, causing swelling to the child’s face. Smith was arraigned Sunday evening before District Judge Michael Manfredi, who sent him to the Washington County jail on $15,000 bond.
WEST BROWNSVILLEAssault alleged: Kenneth Michael Dunseath, 25, of West Brownsville, is charged by West Brownsville police with aggravated assault and simple assault. According to the criminal complaint, Dunseath is accused of hitting his girlfriend and causing her to lose a tooth at about 1 a.m. Saturday at his home in the 300 block of Main Street. Dunseath was arraigned Saturday afternoon before District Judge Michael Manfredi, who denied bond. Per court records, bond was denied for the safety of the victim.
