Pets and their owners were feeling groovy at Wild Things Park last weekend as part of the fourth annual Woofstock, the Washington Area Humane Society fundraiser. Two hundred dogs and their owners participated in the event, raising $20,000 for the animal shelter. With a goal of $30,000, donations will continue to be accepted through Friday. The “Pet Party in the Park” included numerous chances for pets to display their “radical” skills in various contests, including ice cream eating, musical sit, loudest bark and best trick. Pictured are Jason Dunkle and his Italian Greyhound, a very groovy-looking Greyson, who won first place in the costume contest.
