State police investigating Brownsville man’s death as homicide

Pennsylvania State Police in Uniontown have launched a homicide investigation into the death of a Brownsville man whose body was found Saturday.
Anthony Dicenzo, 83, of Brownsville, was found dead in German Township about 10:36 a.m. as a result of a gunshot wound, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Dicenzo’s vehicle was found on Riffle Hollow Road near State Route 166.
According to police, Dicenzo left his home about 5 p.m. Friday and did not return. He was reported missing about 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
The Fayette County District Attorney’s office is also investigating. Anyone with information can contact the Pennsylvania State Police in Uniontown at 724-439-7111.
