Charleroi man accused of brandishing firearm

Charleroi Regional Police arrested a man Wednesday morning after he was accused of pulling out a gun during a dispute with coworkers.

Gamalie Lucky Rosario-Martinez, 28, of Charleroi, is charged with felonies of carrying a firearm without a license and person not to possess a firearm.

According to the criminal complaint, police were called to Quality Pasta Company at 100 Chambers Plaza at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Rosario-Martinez is accused in court documents of getting into an argument with a coworker, and the supervisor asked him to leave. He claimed he pulled out a firearm while a group of four people tried to escort him from the building.

According to the complaint, Rosario-Martinez held the gun at his side and kept it aimed toward the ground.

Rosario-Martinez was arraigned Wednesday morning before District Judge Eric Porter, who sent him to the Washington County jail on $150,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. Feb. 8.
