Audre Lorde film to be screened at Carnegie Museum of Art

As part of Black History Month, the Carnegie Museum of Art will host a celebration of poet Audre Lorde on the 90th anniversary of her birth Sunday at 3 p.m.
It will include a screening of the documentary, “A Litany for Survival: the Life and Work of Audre Lorde,” with filmmakers Ada Gay Griffin, a Washington resident, and Michelle Parkerson.
There will also be performances by the ABAFASI African Drumming Ensemble, and dancer/choreographer Jasmine Hearn.
