On the 10th Day of Christmas…

It was the 10th Day of Christmas on Wednesday, but there were no “lords a leaping” in the back of this city of Washington dump truck. Instead, the city’s public works crew was out on South Main Street taking down decorative wreaths that were hung with care on lampposts in Washington’s main business district during the holidays.
