State police charged a former Ellsworth man after he was accused of sexually assaulting two juveniles.

Daundre Santez Davis, 44, of Atlanta, Ga., was charged Wednesday with felony charges of aggravated indecent assault.

According to the criminal complaint, police interviewed a female last month who said that Davis inappropriately touched her on multiple occasions. The incidents allegedly occurred between August and October last year when the youth would have been 11 years old.

A second youth told investigators that Davis assaulted her in 2020.

State police are seeking to have Davis extradited to Pennsylvania to face the charges. Online court records indicate there is an active warrant for his arrest.
