Mary Jane Corwin Logan, 88, of Waynesburg, died at 2:10 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2012, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va,. following an extended illness.
She was born Friday, September 12, 1924, in Carmichaels, a daughter of the late Charles Corwin and Margaret McClelland Corwin.
Mrs. Logan was affiliated with Washington Street United Methodist Church in Waynesburg.
When her health permitted, she was an avid hunter and later enjoyed crocheting. She was a homemaker.
On December 31, 1942, she married Clayton K. Logan, who died January 18, 2002.
Surviving are a son, Robert K. Logan of Waynesburg; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Wilma Henderson of Pittsburgh; a brother, Robert Corwin of Seattle, Wash.; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a daughter, Margaret Ann Smith, and a brother, Donald Corwin.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or services. Burial will be private. Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc., Daryl L.
