Adelaide Chambers Toth, 69, of Canonsburg, died Friday, December 7, 2012, in her home.

She was born April 6, 1943, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Solomon and Margaret Weekley Chambers.

Prior to her retirement, she worked as a nurse’s aide at Canonsburg General Hospital.

Surviving are a son, Paul Broutin and wife April of Bulger; a daughter, B.J. Pustovrh of Canonsburg; and four grandchildren, Crystal Pustovrh, Rachael Pustovrh, Brandon Bassich and Brady Broutin.

Deceased is her husband, Edward Toth.
