Harry Wayne Eastham
Harry Wayne Eastham, 52, of Washington, died at 2:30 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2012, in Canonsburg General Hospital, following a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born March 3, 1960, in Washington, a son of the late John S. Eastham and Shirley A. Crawford Eastham.
Mr. Eastham was a graduate of McGuffey High School and worked as a nurse’s assistant at Humbert Lane Personal Care Home.
He enjoyed spending time with his cats, but most of all, he enjoyed helping others.
Surviving are a brother, John F. Eastham of Washington; two sisters, Joyce A. (Tom) McConn of West Alexander and Kathy L. (Carl) Pettit of Washington; an uncle, Howard E. Crawford; and several nieces and nephews.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, December 15, in Sunlight Club, 234 East Maiden Street, Washington, with the Rev. Martin J. Bausman officiating.
