Susan Yevcinez Estock

Susan Yevcinez Estock passed away from this Earth into the light and grace of his heavenly kingdom Tuesday, December 11, 2012.

She was born June 17, 1923, in Monongahela, to Sophie and Metro Yevcinez.

Mrs. Estock was a sister of John and James Yevcinez and Mary Gresham and the late Charles and Michael Stanko, Annie Yevich, Helen Martello and Edward and Andrew Yevcinez.

She was a member of St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church. She spent most of her life in Jefferson as a homemaker and wonderful cook who enjoyed making holiday meals for her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Mrs. Estock leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 67 years, Joseph Estock; children Joseph (Joan) of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Karen (Ron) McCann of Spokane, Wash., and Linda Estock of Ocean Springs, Miss.; grandchildren Jacquline Hubbard, Nicole Estock, Kelly Walker and Andrew, Peter and Kajsa McCann; and great-grandchildren Kaleigh, Kendall, Andrew, Ewan and Naomi.

Annie Kovacevich, Shirley, Cindy and Jen provided loving care for Mrs. Estock. Her family says: Let not thy heart be troubled, the Lord has prepared a place for you. With the saints give Susan rest, O Christ. Vichnaya Pamyat. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. Friday, December 14, in Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills.
