Clementina Cimarolli
Member of St. Michael R.C. Church
Clementina Cimarolli, 92, of Avella, died at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2012, in Washington County Health Center, Chartiers Township.
She was born November 15, 1920, in Ellsworth, a daughter of the late Ottavio and Ida Lolli.
Mrs. Cimarolli had lived in Avella for the past 80 years and was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church.
On November 24, 1938, she married John Cimarolli, who died December 9, 2000.
Surviving are a daughter, Madeline (John) Lis of Avella; two sons, John Cimarolli Jr. of Girard and David Cimarolli of Columbus, Ohio; six grandchildren, Michael and wife Vicki, John, Gabe and wife Shannon, Joanne, Betty Ann and Patti Ann; and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased, in addition to her husband and parents, is a sister.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Jerome A. Stefkovich Funeral Home Inc., 18 Campbell Street, Avella. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, December 31, in St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, 95 Highland Avenue, Avella. Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Avella. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Church Building Fund.

Andrew J. Fergus III
Owner and operator of A.J. Fergus Plumbing and Heating
Andrew J. Fergus III, 72, of Canonsburg, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012, in Sebring, Fla.
He was born in Canonsburg, a son of Andrew J. Sr. and Susan Gonda Fergus.
Mr. Fergus was the owner and operator of A.J. Fergus Plumbing and Heating Co. and a member of Elks Lodge, Moose, Eagles and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He was an avid nature lover and a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoyed trips to the beach and was a loving father and grandfather.
Mr. Fergus was a winter resident of Sebring since 2004.
Deceased is his wife, Deanna Fergus.
Surviving are his daughters, Sharon Seiler (Clifford) of Plano, Texas, and Debbie Hoffman (John) of Washington; grandchildren Savannah Seiler and Shereece Hoffman; and loving friend Melissa Andrews of Houston.

Frank Jessee
Navy vet served in WWII
Frank Jessee, 86, of Marianna, passed away Monday, December 24, 2012.
He was the husband of the late Anne Jessee; father of Rebecca, Melissa, Patricia and Sam (Jill); and grandfather of Nicholas, Autumn, Jessica, Nina and Billy.
Mr. Jessee was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in World War II.

Nevada Sorrels Johns
Member of Immaculate Conception Church
Nevada Sorrels Johns, 87, of Washington, passed away peacefully at 12:30 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2012, in the Masonic Village at Sewickley, after a lengthy illness.
She was born April 30, 1925, in Horse Branch, Ky., a daughter of the late Earnest and Ada Arnold Sorrels.
Mrs. Johns was a graduate of Horse Branch High School and Penn Commercial Business School.
She enjoyed cooking, baking and gardening.
Mrs. Johns was a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
She retired in 1990, after a long and rewarding career at Washington Federal Savings Bank. She was an active member of the Business and Professional Women of Pennsylvania and a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
On September 30, 1944, she married Alfred P. “Fred” Johns, her adoring husband of 55 years, who died December 10, 1999.
Surviving are a son, Vincent C. Johns and wife Lisa of Allison Park; sister Juanita Batts and husband Howard of Battletown, Ky.; along with several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her loving son, Michael E. Johns; brother Turno Sorrels; and sisters Loretta Arnold and Naoma Renfro.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., Wilson at East Katherine avenues, Washington, S. Mary V. Presto
Bingo player loved spending time with grandchildren
Mary V. Presto, 73, of Washington, died Wednesday, December 26, 2012, in her home.
She was born April 26, 1939, in Washington, a daughter of Andrew and Veronica Mass Williams.
Mrs. Presto worked at Brockway Glass in Washington and for 30 years at The Meadows Racetrack.
She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed her trips to the casino.
Mrs. Presto loved spending time with her grandchildren.
On July 2, 1957, she married James Presto, who died April 12, 2011.
Surviving are three sons, James A. Presto, Anthony (Tiffany) Presto and Joseph M. (Jen) Presto, all of Washington; four daughters, Denise A. (Daniel) Greene and Jamie M. (Timothy) Cecchine, both of Washington, Angela M. (Bill) McFall of Eighty Four and Mary Beth Sampson of Monongahela; brother William Williams of Bentleyville; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Alice Marshman, and three brothers, Andrew, Charles and George Williams.

Richard E. “Dick” Schlieper, 90, of Venetia, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012.
He owned and operated Pitt-Mon Auto Inc. in Monongahela for 45 years.
Mr. Schlieper was a member of St. Benedict the Abbot Church in McMurray.
Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Virginia Schlieper; two children, Richard E. (Carol S.) Schlieper Jr. of Peters Township and Gary W. (Carol A.) Schlieper of Finleyville; six grandchildren, Gretchen L. (John) Haddox of Bethel Park, Jennifer L. Schlieper of Mt. Lebanon, Jason W. (Devon) Schlieper of Greenville, Kristofer R. (Bonnie) Schlieper of Henderson, Nev., Richard J. (Toni) Schlieper of Peters Township and Carrie M. (Kevin) Keefe of Strongsville, Ohio; and 12 great-grandchildren, Kirsten, Zachory and Jonathon Haddox, Makenna and Landry Dickey, Sophia, Jacob, Erik and Cami Schlieper and Gabriella, Violet and Charlotte Keefe.
