Richard E. “Dick” Schlieper, 90, of Venetia, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012.
He owned and operated Pitt-Mon Auto Inc. in Monongahela for 45 years.
Mr. Schlieper was a member of St. Benedict the Abbot Church in McMurray.
Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Virginia Schlieper; two children, Richard E. (Carol S.) Schlieper Jr. of Peters Township and Gary W. (Carol A.) Schlieper of Finleyville; six grandchildren, Gretchen L. (John) Haddox of Bethel Park, Jennifer L. Schlieper of Mt. Lebanon, Jason W. (Devon) Schlieper of Greenville, Kristofer R. (Bonnie) Schlieper of Henderson, Nev., Richard J. (Toni) Schlieper of Peters Township and Carrie M. (Kevin) Keefe of Strongsville, Ohio; and 12 great-grandchildren, Kirsten, Zachory and Jonathon Haddox, Makenna and Landry Dickey, Sophia, Jacob, Erik and Cami Schlieper and Gabriella, Violet and Charlotte Keefe.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Beinhauer Funeral Home, 724-941-3211. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 29, in St. Benedict the Abbot Church, 120 Abington Drive, McMurray.
