James Clifford Kenamond

James Clifford Kenamond, 87, of Canonsburg, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012, in his home.

He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Navy and receiving an honorable medical discharge. He was a life member of Disabled American Veterans.

Mr. Kenamond was a member of Chartiers Hill United Presbyterian Church.

In earlier years, he owned and operated a farm outside Bentleyville. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He retired as a supervisor from Tactec, which was the former RCA.

Deceased are his parents, John H. and Margaret V. Kenamond; a brother, Lewis V. Kenamond; and his second wife, Florence V. Kenamond.

Surviving are a daughter, Patty (Terry) Allen of Easton, Md.; a son, Gary C. Kenamond of Washington; a grandson, Shane Wiggins of Baltimore, Md.; and his first wife, Jean Kenamond of Washington.

For the past six years, he enjoyed the love and companionship of his devoted friend, Helen Matyas of Canonsburg.

Friends are welcome from noon to 2 p.m., the time of service, Thursday, November 15, in Beinhauer-Bogan Funeral Home, 164 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, PA 15317, 724-745-5810, with the Rev.
