Beulah C. “Billie” Dinsmore, 93, of Pembroke Pines, Fla., formerly of Washington, died Monday, November 19, 2012, in Vitas Innovative Hospice, Broward County, Fla.

She was born June 22, 1919, in Cushing, Okla., a daughter of Earl O. and Sara Jane Phillips Clemens.

Mrs. Dinsmore attended Trinity High School, Washington High School and Penn Commercial Business College.

While living in Washington, she was an active member of Fourth Presbyterian Church for more than 52 years and a member of Eastern Star Chapter 112, the Shrine and AARP 1354. She also was active in Girl Scouts.

On April 15, 1939, she was married to Robert O. “Bob” Dinsmore in the parsonage of Fourth Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Robert Fogal. Mr. Dinsmore died November 26, 1991.

Surviving are two daughters, Shirley Ann (Clarence) Baker of Washington and Linda (Charles) Mersch of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; five grandchildren, Timothy Baker, Kerry Lynn Guevara, Thomas Baker, Charles Mersch Jr. and Suzanne Mersch; and seven great-grandchildren, Stephanie Lynn, Bryan, Lauren, Rianne, Andrew, Danielle and Kaylie.

Deceased are brother Harold L. Clemens and Donetta June Clemens.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 24, in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.

Memorial contributions may be made to Fourth Presbyterian Church, 1000 Jefferson Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.
