Constance L. Paro

Constance L. “Connie” Paro, 70, of Donora, died Friday, November 16, 2012, in Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, Pittsburgh.

She was born August 4, 1942, in New Eagle, a daughter of the late Anthony G. “Toby” and Helen Stima Paro.

Ms. Paro was retired as a legal secretary, having worked for various attorneys throughout the Mon Valley area.

She was a member of St. Michael’s Byzantine Church in Donora.

A 1960 graduate of Donora High School, she was active with her class reunions.

Ms. Paro loved to read, especially books written by her favorite author, Ian Fleming. She loved to bowl.

Deceased, in addition to her parents, are a brother, Anthony “Tony” Paro, and a nephew, Guy Trozzo.

Surviving are a daughter, Jennifer Panepinto of Loveland, Ohio; two grandchildren, Domenic and Giovanna; two sisters, Helene (Frank) Cicconi of Phoenix, Ariz., and Marie Trozzo of Donora; and nieces and nephews Nicki, Anastacia, Craig, Sadie, Rachael, Mary, Peter and Charles.

Burial will be private. A Liturgy will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 1, followed by lunch, in St. Michael’s social hall, Donora. Memorials may be made in her name to Donora Public Library. Family and friends may view the obituary and offer condolences at www.rabefuneralhome.com.
