Ernie Ray Van Pelt
Ernie Ray Van Pelt, 43, of Canonsburg, passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 23, 2012, in his home.
He was born on March 1, 1969, in Greene County, a son of the late Howard and Nancy Luckey Van Pelt.
Mr. Van Pelt was Protestant.
He lived most of his life in Canonsburg.
Mr. Van Pelt enjoyed watching “The Dukes of Hazzard,” listening to Elvis’ music, playing his guitar, writing music, going for coffee in the community and going to dances and parties, but especially spending time with his brother and aunt and uncle.
Surviving are a brother, Howard Van Pelt, and aunt and uncle, Clyde and Josephine Luckey.
Friends are welcome from 10 a.m. to noon, the time of service, Friday, November 30, in Salandra Funeral Service Inc., Joseph P.
