Former Frankfort Springs resident Ruth J. Logue, 90, of Weirton, W.Va., formerly of Frankfort Springs, died Monday evening, October 15, 2012, in Weirton Geriatric Center. She was born August 29, 1922, in Washington, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Nettie Blanche Snodgrass Baker. A homemaker, she was a member of Frankfort Springs United Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, deceased are her husband, William Guy Logue; six brothers, William, Walter, Harry, Jack, Lawrence and Hubert Baker; and two sisters, Laverta Hedges and Mary Keifer. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, George and Brenda Logue of St. Charles, Mo., and Walter and Hattie Logue of Weirton, W.Va.; a brother, Bob Baker of Langeloth; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Friends and family are welcome to call 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in McConnell Funeral Home, 447 Pine Street, Hookstown, Daniel M. McConnell, owner/director, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 20, with the Rev. Allison Bauer of Frankfort United Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Florence.
