Mabel Grace Fox, 98, of Garards Fort, died at 2:26 a.m. Tuesday, October 23, 2012, in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.She was born July 19, 1914, in Greene Township, Greene County, a daughter of the late John A. and Mary Eaton Howard.Mrs. Fox was a resident of Greene Township all of her life and was a member of Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church in Garards Fort.On August 15, 1936, she married C. John Fox, who died September 21, 2009.Surviving are two brothers-in-law, Allen Fox and wife Ruth of Lenior, N.C., and Delbert Fox and wife Linda of Hampton, Va.; two sisters-in-law, Janie Hardy of Carmichaels and Agnes Lemunyon of Greensboro; and several nieces and nephews. Her caregivers were Janie Hardy, Linda Kimmell, Patty and Ike Lewis and Ted Cree.Deceased are two brothers, Robert and James Howard; two half brothers, Wilbur and Sherwood Howard; a stepbrother, Leroy Wheeler; and a stepsister, Eleanor Maust.Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Yoskovich Funeral Home, 724-966-5500, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street (Route 88), Carmichaels, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 26, with the Rev. Erwin “Woody” Wilson and Pastor Fred W.
