John D. “Buck” O’Connor of Upper St. Clair died Saturday, October 27, 2012.He was the beloved husband of 53 years to Sally Fellows O’Connor; loving father to John (Amy) O’Connor, Joni (Mike) Namuth, Janie (Glenn) Davis, Jim (Sue) O’Connor, Julie (Greg) Horan and Jeff (Melissa) O’Connor; devoted grandfather to Kayla and John O’Connor, Lindsay and Connor Namuth, Lauren and Jeffrey Davis, Justin, Ryan and Josh O’Connor, Christopher and Jill Horan and Caroline, Catherine and Matthew O’Connor; and loving brother to Jean Beatty and the late Frank O’Connor, Bill O’Connor, Jim O’Connor, Thomas O’Connor, Rose Mary Mahoney, Rita Fallon and Florence Hall.Mr. O’Connor also leaves behind a countless number of nieces, nephews and friends.He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Mr. O’Connor was a member of the Carpenters Union and was a salesman for BMI Inc.Friends are welcome from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724-941-3211.
