Evelyn Julian Morgan
Evelyn Julian Morgan, 96, of Washington, died Saturday, April 13, 2013, in Kade’s Nursing Home, Canton Township.
She was born February 8, 1917, in Washington, a daughter of Frank and Rose Julian.
Mrs. Morgan had attended Washington High School and worked as a nurse’s aide in Washington Hospital for 22 years.
She was an avid crafter and a member of SeniorLife.
On September 21, 1940, she married John Bowen Morgan, who died March 28, 2009.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Morgan of Boston, Mass., and Judi (Ed) Ruschell of Washington; four grandchildren, Jamie, Evan, Rose and Matt; five great-grandchildren, Alysia, Mason, Tyler, Haley and Giulia; and two stepgrandchildren, Alice and Karl.
Deceased are four brothers, Patsy, Joseph, Tony and Angelo Julian; and a sister, Elizabeth Julian Comfort.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 17.
