Katherine Jane Gedman, 72, of McDonald, Mt. Pleasant Township, died Saturday, April 13, 2013, in her home.
She was born June 30, 1940, a daughter of the late Raymer and Gertrude Fehl Nice.
Mrs. Gedman was a homemaker.
She was a member of Midway United Methodist Church and sang in its choir.
Surviving are a daughter, AnnDee Gedman of Midway; a son, Andrew (Emily) Gedman Jr. of Beaver; grandchildren Vivan and Theodore Gedman; and a brother, Donald (Mary Jane) Nice of Midway.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew J. Gedman, who died July 13, 1998, and brothers Raymer Lee Nice Jr. and Gary Floyd Nice.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc., 106 St. John Street, Midway (724-796-3301), where a service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 17.
