Phyllis Antil Baer, 82, of Clarksville, died Monday, December 30, 2013.

New Hope Nazarene Church member
Emma Christine Barney, 81, of Washington, died Monday, December 30, 2013, in Washington County Health Center, Chartiers Township.
She was born May 1, 1932, in Washington, a daughter of Wesley R. and Julia Ann Floyd Barney.
Miss Barney was a member of New Hope Nazarene Church.
Surviving are a sister, Norma Jean Coffey of Washington; two great-nephews whom she helped raise, Danny and Duane Burt; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Deceased are five brothers, Russell, Merle, Carl, Robert and Encil Barney; and two sisters, Thelma Bebout and Elsie Leeper.
All services and interment in Washington Cemetery will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to Hummell & Jones Funeral Home, Thomas W. Hummell, supervisor, Douglas M. Jones, director, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington.

Kirby Mine retiree was skilled musician
F. Timothy Bilonick, 61, of Morgantown, W.Va., formerly of the Bobtown and Dilliner areas, died unexpectedly Monday, December 30, 2013, in his home.
Born March 7, 1952, in Brownsville, he was a son of Ruth Lyons Bilonick of Bobtown and the late Frank A. Bilonick.
Mr. Bilonick attended Mapletown High School and Penn State at the Fayette campus. He recently retired from Alpha Natural Resources’ Kirby Mine, where he was a belt foreman.
A loving husband and father, he was also a skilled musician and enjoyed playing his guitar in his spare time.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his beloved wife, Christine LeDain Bilonick; four children, Heather Cunningham of Morgantown, Heidi Bilonick of Lake Worth, Fla., Timothy Adam Bilonick of Harrisburg and Gabriel Bilonick of San Diego, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Jessica Bendinger of Los Angeles, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his father, are all of his siblings, Michael, Samuel and Gregory Bilonick and Suzanne Lamke.
Friends will be received from 4 to 6:30 p.m., the time of funeral services, Friday in Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion, with his friend, the Rev. John Harding, officiating. Interment services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 4, in Fairview Cemetery, Taylortown.

Homemaker enjoyed time with family, friends
Charlotte Louise Macklin Henderson, 68, of Mt. Morris, died at 11 a.m. Monday, December 30, 2013, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va., following a brief illness.
She was born Wednesday, June 6, 1945, in Stockton, Calif., a daughter of the late Carroll “Mac” Macklin and Clara Macklin of Stockton.
Mrs. Henderson enjoyed camping, fishing, shopping, going to her ladies breakfast club and spending time with family and friends.
She was a homemaker.
Her DaVita Dialysis family provided continued care and support over the past 14 years.
Her husband, Donald G. “HoundDog” Henderson, whom she married March 30, 1968, died August 5, 2011.
Surviving are a daughter, Dawn Henderson and husband Russell Wilbur of Mt. Morris; three sons, Brett (Jennifer) Henderson of Stockton, Bradley (Melissa) Henderson of Waynesburg, and Bryan (Mary) Henderson of Mt. Morris; and six grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew, Andrew, Michael, Isaac and Faith Henderson.
Deceased are two granddaughters, Bethanie Marie and Grace Anne; and a sister, Carolyn Elaine Macklin.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc., Daryl L. Throckmorton, owner/director, 324 Mt. Morris Road, P.O. Box 478, Mt. John R. Imperatore, 89, of Canonsburg, passed away at 4:03 a.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2013, in TownView Health and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg, following an extended illness.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, January 4, in St. Patrick Church, Canonsburg. Arrangements are entrusted to Salandra Funeral Service Inc., 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120.

Christian Assembly of God member
Catherine A. Jackson, 93, of Bentleyville, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013, in Monongahela Valley Hospital.
She was born March 5, 1920, in Bentleyville, a daughter of the late William Arthur and Dora McGill Jackson.
Mrs. Jackson was a member of Christian Assembly of God, Bentleyville.
She enjoyed reading, especially Bible scripture.
Surviving are three cousins, Clifton McGill and Darlene McGill, both of Wilkinsburg, and Garnett Jackson of Rochester, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the last of her immediate family.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are a sister, Eleanor Harris; and five brothers, Olen, Richard, Arthur Jr., Clinton and Marvin Jackson.

William Joseph Moore, 58, of Charleroi, passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 30, 2013, in Monongahela Valley Hospital.
He was born November 4, 1955, in New Eagle, a son of Helen Jackson Moore of Finleyville and the late William Leroy Moore.
Mr. Moore was a 1973 graduate of Monongahela High School. He was a very active member of Seventh Day Adventist Church in Belle Vernon.
He retired from U.S. Steel Coke Works, Clairton Plant.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife, Ivonne “Sonya” Moore; a daughter, Karly Jo Moore of Erie; two stepdaughters, Tara Doggett and Joice Alouw; a stepson, Gary Prosser Jr.; two brothers, Jerry Moore of Westminster, Calif., and Glenn Moore of South Park; a granddaughter, Payton; several stepgrandchildren; and his aunts, Ruth Ann West, Mary Jane Shephard and Marlene Moore.
Deceased, in addition to his father, is his first wife, Susan Moore.

Canonsburg resident
Charlene K. Silvis Rubright, 65, of Canonsburg, formerly of Delmont, died unexpectedly Monday, December 30, 2013, in her home.
She was born December 12, 1948, in New Kensington, a daughter of Albert and Mary Thompson Silvis.
Mrs. Rubright was a 1967 graduate of Franklin Area Regional High School and worked at Lamplighter Restaurant in Delmont. She was very active in activities at the Canon House.
Surviving are a sister, Sharon Edgar of Canonsburg; a brother, Ronald Silvis of The Villages, Fla.; and three nephews.
Her husband, Dennis Rubright, is deceased.

Purple Heart recipient was longtime local resident
Cecil Ray Tennant Sr., 89, of Rossville, Ga., passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013.
He had lived most of his life in Washington, 20 years in Holliday, Fla., and the past seven years in the north Georgia area.
Mr. Tennant served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II, receiving numerous accommodations, including the Purple Heart.
Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Violet Tennant; three children, Cecil Ray Tennant Jr., Peggy Tennant and LeAnne McDonald; three stepsons, William, Gene and Daniel Strawn; a brother, Bill Tennant; sisters Helen Valintic and Patricia Washburn; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Graveside memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, January 3, in Chattanooga (Tenn.) National Cemetery with military honors.

World War II veteran retired from U.S. Steel
John G. Ulanich, 91, of Canonsburg, died Monday, December 30, 2013, in Townview Health and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born January 18, 1922, in Detroit, Mich., a son of Louis and Mary Rist Ulanich.
Mr. Ulanich served with the U.S. Army during World War II in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater.
He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Canonsburg.
Prior to retirement, Mr. Ulanich was employed by U.S. Steel Homestead Works.
Surviving are two sons, Jeffery Ulanich (Helen) of Washington and David Ulanich of Canonsburg; two daughters, Jeanette M. Falcione (Dennis) of Warren, Ohio, and Karen M. Burgdorf (Ronald) of Millford, Ohio; a brother, Paul Ulanich of Stanton Island, N.Y.; a sister, Irene Shackelford of Arizona; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are his wife, Marie Wright Ulanich, who died January 20, 1993; a brother, Louis Ulanich; and four sisters, Mary Miller, Margie Barmett, Emma Dizzack and Louise Terez.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to noon, the time of services, Friday, January 3, in Sollon Funeral Home Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, J. David Sollon, supervisor, Phillip L.
