Margaret Caroline Russell, 79, of Bobtown, passed away peacefully Monday, February 4, 2013, in her home, with her daughter by her side.
She was born April 14, 1933, in Bobtown, a daughter of Henry and Fay Hare Lash.
A 1952 graduate of Point Marion High School, she had worked over the years as a clerk and bookkeeper.
Surviving are three children, Allen Russell of Rochester, N.Y., Robert Russell of Sarasota, Fla., and Alana Richter, formerly of Bobtown; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Lash of Dilliner and his family.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, is her husband, Allen Richard Russell, who died October 3, 1987.
In keeping with the wishes of the deceased, there will be no public services. Arrangements are in the care of Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion. Memorials may be offered to the family at www.herod-rishel.com.
