William T. Nalitz

William T. “Whitey” Nalitz, 92, of Etna, died Sunday, February 17, 2013, in Kindred Hospital, Oakdale.
He was born February 20, 1920, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Frank and Mary Annis Nalitz.
Prior to his retirement, he worked as an auto mechanic for Foss Motor Co.
Mr. Nalitz was Catholic.
Surviving are his sisters, Isabel McEnteer of North Strabane Township, Lois Hoskins of Littleton, Colo., Rosemary Haseman of Chicago, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank Nalitz and Edward Nalitz; and two sisters, Stella Wawrzyniak and Dorothy Dix.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Sollon Funeral Home Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, J. David Sollon, supervisor, Phillip L. Sollon, director, where a blessing service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 21. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Moon Township.
