Raymond Joseph Kocik, 60, of Washington, died Wednesday, February 13, 2013.
He was born April 30, 1952, a son of the late John P. and Dorothy Kocik.
Mr. Kocik graduated from Chartiers Valley High School and Salem (W.Va.) College.
He was married to Deborah Lynn Gossic.
Mr. Kocik was employed at U.S. Steel, Consolidation Coal, Mathes Mining and Enlow Mine.
He was life member of Glendale Volunteer Fire Company and Polish Falcons of America.
Surviving are a brother, John; a sister, Dorothy Jean; and cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, March 1, in Glendale Fire Hall, 541 Carothers Avenue, Carnegie. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Animal Friends.
