Carol Lee Haines, 59, of Washington, died Thursday, February 21, 2013, in Washington Hospital.
She was born July 20, 1953, in Washington, a daughter of the late Frank and Betty Machacek Rock.
Ms. Haines was a graduate of Trinity High School and worked in the housekeeping department at Washington Hospital.
She enjoyed nature and the outdoors, music and playing pool.
Mrs. Haines was a member of St. Hilary Church.
Surviving are a son, Curtis Gregg of Pataskala, Ohio; two daughters, Brooke Haines and Beth Widenor, both of Washington; her fiancé, Ray Hampton; two brothers, Frank Rock of Hilton, N.Y., and Thomas Rock of Concord, Mass.; a sister, Joanne Jones of Washington; and four grandchildren, Kurt, Phoenix, Autumn and Serenity.
Deceased are a son, Robert T. Gregg, and a grandson, Alexander P. Gregg.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, in Washington Cemetery, with Father Thomas O’Neil officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to American Red Cross, 225 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
