Pauline L. Navoski, 88, of McDonald, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013, in her home.
She was born January 4, 1925, in Midway, a daughter of the late Prosper Joseph and Ida Doumont Pierrard.
Mrs. Navoski was a 1942 graduate of Midway High School.
She owned P.J. Ceramics, when it was located in Midway and McDonald.
Mrs. Navoski was a member of Center Presbyterian Church in Midway.
She loved to bake and cook for her family, who was most important in her life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
On May 3, 1947, she married William Navoski, who died January 28, 2010.
Surviving are two daughters, Paula D. (Edward) Salvini of Midway and Jacqueline L. (Paul) Stupy of Canonsburg; four grandchildren, Alan (Michele) Salvini, Lesley (Dale) Baird, William (Susan) Reed and Charles (Tracy) Reed Jr.; and seven great-grandchildren, Anthony Reed, Jacob Baird, Aaron Baird, Emily Reed, Dominic Salvini, Giuliana Salvini and Jude Reed.
Deceased are a sister, Rosine Pierrard; a brother, Charles Pierrard; and a grandchild, Christina Salvini.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Nation Funeral Home Inc., 220 East Lincoln Avenue, McDonald, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 4, with the Rev. Brian Kilbert, pastor of Center Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
