Albertine Andree “Tee” Saut, 88, of Bartlett, Tenn., formerly of Cecil, died Friday, December 28, 2012.
She was born February 3, 1924, a daughter of the late Daniel and Theressia Andree.
On February 20, 1945, she married Fernand Saut Jr., who died March 19, 1992.
Mrs. Saut was a retiree of Canon-McMillan School District, Cecil Junior High School, and worked as a welder during World War II, building landing ship tanks in Dravo Shipyard on Neville Island.
She enjoyed crafting and going to flea markets.
Surviving are a daughter, Andrea (Frank) Adams of Tennessee; a son, George (Adele) Saut of Florida; four grandchildren, George (Betsy) Saut, Edward (Karrie) Sitarik, Pamela Saut and fiance Eric Strickland and Valerie (Richard) Bledsoe; and nine great-grandchildren, Devin, Hunter, Edward, Tressa, Isabella, Nathan, Olivia, Aryn and Amber.
Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m., the time of service, Friday, January 4, in Venice United Presbyterian Church, Cecil Township, with the Rev. Fred Soberg officiating. Interment to follow in Venice Cemetery, Cecil Township.
